James holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a seasoned 3X founder and CEO of innovative cleantech, deeptech, and energy-focused companies. With over a decade of experience, he’s led global sales teams, crafted winning go-to-market strategies, and built high-performing teams. His expertise has been recognized by top media outlets, including MSN News, Entrepreneur News, TechCrunch, and Business Insider.

Outside of work, James dedicates his time to mentoring startups, judging hackathons, and embracing his passion for travel, having spent 168 days exploring the world last year

Midhun Chandran
BEng, MBA

Midhun holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Toronto. He began his career in Business Development before transitioning into Marketing, where he has led over 10 product launches and spearheaded go-to-market strategies across multiple industries. Midhun has also driven customer segmentation projects, developed data-driven demand generation campaigns, and designed multi-channel marketing frameworks that increased engagement and conversion rates. His expertise includes optimizing digital marketing strategies, implementing performance marketing initiatives, and forging strategic partnerships to accelerate brand awareness and market penetration. Over the years, he has worked in industries such as Engineering Services, HR Tech, B2C eCommerce, and Cybersecurity.

Outside of work, Midhun enjoys traveling, participating in fitness events, and mentoring early-stage marketing professionals.

Our Story

With a shared passion for driving growth and innovation, James and Midhun founded their consulting firm to help businesses craft winning go-to-market strategies. By combining their expertise in launching products, optimizing digital marketing, spearheading demand generation programs, and extensive leadership in deeptech, cleantech, and global GTM organizations, they bring a wealth of experience to the table.

 

Through his work as a fractional CRO, James noticed that many of his clients were also struggling with positioning and marketing. This realization led to the two of them collaborating on several projects. With Midhun's expertise in driving marketing strategies across companies of various sizes, they quickly found a productive synergy.
